The dress was supposed to be new but it smells awfull and is used for sure. Would never buy if I knew it is used.

The review is unfair: the dress is new and unworn, so it hasn't been washed. Any odors will resolve with washing. I can pay for it, but washing it before shipping would make it look less like new.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
