Is the rewind control in the correct position? I don't understand your comment the "distance ring is blocked" do you mean focusing... it was focusing.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
