Won my auction and paid it accordingly. 5 januari shipping date, label was Made but no shipping. Received message that my item already was sold, Catawiki cancelled the order.

Auction won and paid. After over a week with no shipment, the seller stated the item had already been sold and was never shipped. Order cancelled by Catawiki.

We are satisfied with the purchase. Only remark that we have is regarding shipping. We received three items in one envelope but they charged us three deliveries. 

Everything was ok. The seller shipped three pieces together in one shipment but they charged us three shipments. That is waist of customer's money. Otherwise we are satisfied.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
