Nous tenons à vous rappeler que nous avions déjà signalé notre erreur à Catawiki et leur avons demandé de vous informer que nous avions par erreur remis aux enchères un tapis déjà vendu. Si nous avions su que le tapis n'était plus en stock, nous ne vous aurions évidemment pas fait d'offre. Nous n'avons constaté l'erreur que lors de la préparation du tapis pour l'expédition dans notre entrepôt. Nous l'avons immédiatement signalé à Catawiki et nous nous en sommes excusés. Nous sommes bien entendu désolés si vous n'avez pas reçu cette information.
