I paid €182 for an empty package! The customs report clearly stated a weight difference of 8g, the seller refused any help. I am cheated out of €182. You will lose money. Very sad seller.

We had taken several photos during the packaging and final inspection process before shipment. These images clearly show the ring in perfect condition and securely packed inside the shipment envelope. 

A difference of 8g between declared and measured weight is common for very light items due to scale variations, packaging, or minor errors. Please provide a complete unboxing video showing that the ring was missing already before you opened the parcel.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
