However, as stated on the product page, this item is pre-owned and we did not list it under a higher condition grade. In addition, the description clearly mentioned that “minor discoloration, small scratches, or slight stains due to age and use may be present.” Therefore, we believed that these conditions had been understood prior to your purchase.
Please also note that the color of the item may appear slightly different depending on the device you are using.

Scarf was fine/delivery was a nightmare/shipping was high/then had to pay additional 35 euro-cash ONLY/not worth it as it was more than scarf/buy local and save a hassle
