El reloj se anunciaba como revisado y en buen estado.  El embalaje llegó perfecto, sin signos de golpes. Tras una manipulación al reloj se le calló el aro y el cristal. No recomiendo este vendedor.

However, I would like to point out that the watch was shipped in excellent condition and was carefully packaged before shipment. Based on the issue you described, the damage appears to have occurred during transit due to shock, impact, or mishandling by the shipping company. While I make every effort to ensure that all packages are packaged as securely as possible, unfortunately I cannot control how they are handled once they are in the possession of the carrier.

However, I am always here to take responsibility for any issues that may be due to my fault and to find a fair solution. Customer satisfaction is my top priority and since there was indeed a problem with the product, I will not hesitate to refund your money in full.

Received a broken watch. The seller mocked me. Catawiki ignored all proof. Complaints filed with EU, BG, NL & GR authorities. Think twice before trusting this platform or seller.

Watch without documents and box, arrived in a paper bag in a package, like a fish from the market, new and not original strap. For me, a watch collector, practically, without any commercial value.

Dear buyer, you probably didn't read the auction carefully or didn't look at the photos carefully. I never mentioned box and papers and wrote with a new trade strap.
