The manual was not present in the shipment and there was no communication

First I should say I received the item as expected in the right condition. So in that sense seller is living up to expectations. However the item was shipped from NL and not IT as in the description.

Pas opgestuurd na 12 dagen. Waardoor ik het na mijn vakantie pas kon ophalen. Voor 20€ verzendkosten zou het trouwens naar mijn thuisadres gestuurd mogen worden.

Consegna a domicilio assente. Punto di ritiro a 15 Km di distanza. Tempi spedizione molto lunghi. Senza istruzioni.
