Muchas gracias por su respuesta. Entendemos perfectamente su preocupación al no haber recibido el paquete a pesar de que el registro de FedEx indica que fue entregado el 30 de diciembre en el Restaurante Mona Pizza.

Para poder resolver esta situación lo antes posible, le agradeceríamos mucho si pudiera verificar con el personal del restaurante o con cualquier persona que pudiera haber estado presente en el establecimiento en el momento de la entrega. En ocasiones, los transportistas entregan los paquetes a empleados o colaboradores que se encuentran en el lugar.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
