Velum Atelier

Velum Atelier is an independent Portuguese contemporary art studio presenting original figurative works developed under distinct artistic identities. The studio focuses on contemporary figurative art, with an emphasis on the human body, gesture, psychological tension, symbolism and emotional presence. Each body of work is developed with its own visual language, while maintaining a shared interest in drawing, composition, material experimentation and the expressive possibilities of the human figure. Velum Atelier acts as the presenting studio for these works, supporting their development, documentation and release. All physical artworks are individually signed under the corresponding artistic identity and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
