Seller story

RAUM is the anonymous project of an established European artist working across painting and mixed media. The identity behind RAUM is intentionally withheld because the artist’s primary body of work is exhibited and sold separately through galleries and private channels. RAUM exists as an independent space for experimentation, allowing a different body of work to enter the market without interfering with the pricing, representation, or collector structure surrounding the artist’s main practice. The work explores material tension, liquid form, archetypal symbols, and the boundary between control and accident. Rather than placing the artist at the center, the work points toward the deeper source from which creativity itself seems to emerge. Each piece is created as a unique original work, signed under the RAUM identity and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The artist’s identity is planned to be revealed in 2030. Until then, RAUM is intended to stand independently of biography, reputation, and name. The delayed reveal creates a distinct collecting period in which early works can be acquired before the full artistic identity and wider context behind the project become public. In this sense, the early RAUM works are conceived not only as individual artworks, but as part of a finite pre-reveal chapter whose historical and collectible significance may deepen once the identity behind the project is known. The project does not promise or guarantee future financial appreciation; instead, the structure is designed to give early collectors the opportunity to participate in the development of the work before the complete story of RAUM is revealed.
