And do you think this is the most appropriate place to seek a solution to this issue? First of all, I hope you have taken photos of the wet bottles inside their packaging so I can support your claim! I appreciate your feedback on the packaging, but I find it inconsiderate! I ship over 400 bottles a month, and you're the only customer complaining about packaging that hasn't been damaged to date! I've also spoken with Catawiki and asked them to remove your complaint from here. Logically, when something goes wrong, which could happen to you, me, or anyone else, if my goal is to find a solution, the first thing I do is try to talk to the seller, not expose the only person who can offer a solution if you're right. I'd be happy to offer you another bottle; as you can understand, I have no problem with that! My priority will always be customer satisfaction! I await the photos, please, in private, to corroborate your claim!

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
