The condition was not as described. The rug has a small hole and a strong musty smell. It required professional cleaning, and the stains did not come out. I woud’t describe it as “very good condition”

Der Teppich ist wirklich schön. Jedoch: Leider hat der Versender die Adresse nicht korrekt übernommen und war auch nach mehrmaliger Bitte nicht willens/fähig, diese zu ändern. Service nicht vorhanden.

Il tappeto non è mai stato spedito. Ho scritto al venditore ma senza ottenere risposta. L'ordine è stato annullato

It was stated that the rug was not professionally cleaned but it didn't mention the fact that it was in fact never cleaned and it smells very bad. The condition is not great as it was stated. Dusty!!
