I would like to clarify that I raised the issue **immediately** with both you and Catawiki, as the shipping cost turned out to be **higher than the value of the item itself**, making the transaction impossible to complete under the original conditions.

I genuinely tried to find a fair compromise, but you repeatedly refused any reasonable solution.

Your feedback is therefore unfair and misleading. From my experience, this has been one of the most difficult and least cooperative transactions I have ever encountered.
