The item is pretty but smells bad (still after 10 days). The seller was kind but responded to my messages slowly (my questions about the delivery were answered after I had already received the mat).

Thank you for your comment. Hoever, I don't understand what you mean by the carpet smelling bad. The explanation I can give is that once a month we do an anti-moth procedure, the only reasont for the smell could be that the carpet has been packed the day after and the smell exists still. This is for its protection and the smell will go away after some days.
On the other hand I see on our mail box that all your mesaages have been answered by my colleague, Monique through Catawiki.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
