I am dissatisfied with the quality of the product. The description stated that there were minor damages on the top of one of the speakers; however, both speakers were damaged in several places.

Erg vreemd maar goed de speakers zijn natuurlijk al 20 jaar oud dus splinternieuw kunnen ze helaas niet zijn. 

Helaas hebben wij geen enkele foto’s of een kans gehad om dit samen met u op te lossen. Direct een negatieve feedback motiveert het zoeken maar een oplossing ook niet echt voor ons.

Zoals al aangegeven kunt u de speakers naar ons terugsturen, er zijn vast veel geinteresseerde die de speakers graag willen hebben

Fui enganado. Colocaram no anúncio conjunto de colunas, colocaram fotos e depois enviaram apenas uma coluna. Por favor verifiquem o anúncio. Está lá escrito “conjunto de colunas”. Fui burlado!

Dit is wel een ernstige beschuldiging! Er staat duidelijk in de eerste zin van de kavel omschrijving dat het om 1 speaker gaat!

Ik verzoek u vriendelijk deze ernstige beschuldiging te verwijderen en contact met Catawiki op te nemen.

missing item in delivery: floor stand and remote control, 

Are you serious! We have told you already several times that the floorstand and remote control are send in a second package! We really don’t understand the negative feedback.

Very good condition of the article and very responsive comms, however the offer pictures contained parts that were not in the sale - needed some clarification and reimbursement. Therefore neutral.

Customer claims there should be a wall charger inside this lot. There was a original B&O usb c charger in this lot. Same as on all the pictures and lot tekst. Only on the last picture ( where this items was showed with al the available accessories) the customer claims that is has to be delivered. Now he got a refund of 50% of this accessory and still is not satisfied 🤷‍♂️

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
