Very good condition of the article and very responsive comms, however the offer pictures contained parts that were not in the sale - needed some clarification and reimbursement. Therefore neutral.

Customer claims there should be a wall charger inside this lot. There was a original B&O usb c charger in this lot. Same as on all the pictures and lot tekst. Only on the last picture ( where this items was showed with al the available accessories) the customer claims that is has to be delivered. Now he got a refund of 50% of this accessory and still is not satisfied 🤷‍♂️

Tja wat zal ik zeggen. Wij hebben u meerdere malen voorgesteld de speakers naar ons terug te sturen. U reageert nergens op en geeft aan diepe krassen. Het is jammer dat wij geen foto’s kunnen plaatsen in deze feedback. Het gaat om een kleine beschadiging achter onderaan de speaker. Wij hebben u daarom inderdaad geadviseerd om in het vervolg nieuwe speakers te kopen in plaats van 10 jaar oude speakers.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
