Jammer dat uw review uitsluitend over de levering gaat en niet over het juweel.

U kocht weekend van 21 dec. Op maandag 22 dec wilden wij het verzendlabel aanmaken, maar bij uw adres gaf het systeem van de transporteur een storing. Daarom hebben wij u op dinsdag 23 dec gemaild met de vraag om een bevestiging of correctie van het afleveradres. U antwoordde, en intussen werkte het systeem weer. Het pakket was klaar, maar door Kerstmis en een extra sluitingsdag bij de transporteur werd uw pakketje pas opgehaald op maandag 29 dec. De levering gebeurde op zaterdag 3 jan. twee dagen na Nieuwjaarsdag.

Wij garanderen geen vaste levertermijn, omdat de bezorging door een derde partij gebeurt. We doen uiteraard alles wat binnen onze controle ligt. Wel fijn dat u het zorgvuldig verpakken positief vermeldt. Wij hopen vooral dat de ontvanger de ring nog heel lang, met veel plezier en in goede gezondheid mag dragen.

Excuses dat wij na uw bericht hierover geen extra bevestiging meer stuurden.
