The item is not as described. The glass in the light meter is broken and this is not the fault of the shipment. The whole thing smells like fungus.

The buyer has been extremely impolite. I have apologised for a small defect I honestly hadn't noticed and I have subsequently offered my help suggesting to follow the complaint regulations from Catawiki and to get the refund from me and ship back the item at my own expense. He refuses to do anything and just keeps insulting me for a product he underpaid for. It's a pity that Catawiki doesn't permit reviews for buyers. Not everyone who buys is a good person. I have sold and shipped other photographic items via Catawiki and never had any issue.
