Bought an big  museum piece  said he sended it to me didnt get an tracking information nothing then said package got lost.  Also reacts after days.  Probably only sells it for high prices. 

The buyer received a full refund of €60, which is 100% of the amount actually paid for the specimen. The shipment was lost by the carrier, which was beyond my control, but despite this, the refund was issued.

The demand for an additional €450 is completely unfounded. The €500 valuation of the specimen was not the sale price, but only an estimated collector’s value. In any transaction, only the amount actually paid by the buyer is binding, and this has been fully refunded.

There is no legal or commercial basis for paying any amount beyond the purchase price. The matter has been settled correctly and I consider it finally closed. 

The buyer had access to the tracking number from the very beginning, and it was also added to the order details. Therefore, the claim that no tracking information was provided is simply false.

The tracking number was added to the order, so the item was indeed shipped before Christmas. Unfortunately, it appears the parcel was part of a larger group of shipments that were lost within the postal system, which was beyond my control.

I am truly sorry that the package did not arrive. I fully understand the disappointment, but I kindly assure you that the shipment was sent and there was no bad intention involved.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
