the lens glass arrived broken and the lens rim dented, it arrived without a lens cap that would have easily avoided the accident, moreover, one of the battery pins of the winder is fallen. 

I've asked you for a picture of the dammage, to  eventualy propose you a partial  refound. When i send the camera, every things was ok, like the photos catawiki and the package was welldone.. .

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
