Les différents transporteurs relèvent de l’organisation de DPD, pas du vendeur. Malgré un refus de la première livraison, nous avons maintenu une communication constante et suivi la livraison étape par étape. Ce fauteuil Chesterfield vintage a été acheté pour 250 €, et nous avons consacré le même soin que pour toutes nos ventes. Il serait utile que la plateforme permette l’évaluation des acheteurs afin que les vendeurs sachent avec qui ils travaillent. Nous continuerons à travailler avec sérieux et professionnalisme, et espérons que l’objet sera apprécié à sa juste valeur.

Durant cette période, des difficultés logistiques avec les transporteurs se sont malheureusement produites, comme cela a été le cas pour plusieurs vendeurs et acheteurs.
Le client a été informé à plusieurs reprises, avec courtoisie et transparence, de l’évolution de la situation.
Malgré nos efforts constants de communication et de disponibilité, les échanges ont été rendus difficiles par une attitude agressive et peu constructive.
Nous estimons qu’un commentaire négatif ne devrait pas pénaliser le travail d’un vendeur lorsque les circonstances sont indépendantes de sa volonté.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
