Ce fauteuil Chesterfield vintage a été acheté pour 250 €, et nous avons consacré le même soin que pour toutes nos ventes. Il serait utile que la plateforme permette l’évaluation des acheteurs afin que les vendeurs sachent avec qui ils travaillent. Nous continuerons à travailler avec sérieux et professionnalisme, et espérons que l’objet sera apprécié à sa juste valeur.

Le client a été informé à plusieurs reprises, avec courtoisie et transparence, de l’évolution de la situation.
Malgré nos efforts constants de communication et de disponibilité, les échanges ont été rendus difficiles par une attitude agressive et peu constructive.
