This guitar came in damaged with a cracked neck. I paid 600 euro's for a guitar that is not really playable 

If I could upload pictures I'd clearly show this guitar isn't playable anymore

I don't understand why the buyer left this review the guitar is perfect, he complained from the first day of purchase before shipping saying that he had problems with other shipments nothing to do with me then after he got angry about the natural grain of the wood saying that it was an absurd problem I advised the buyer several times to contact an expert luthier who would have reassured him about the condition of the guitar neck which has no problems, I repeat that these grains are absolutely normal, they depend on the type of wood and the position of the cut.
The type of grain indicates a flat cut. Some luthiers believe that the quarter cut is preferable for strength
On an electric guitar, even the type of wood of the fingerboard and the quality of the truss rod and the presence of a denser wood insert with a different cut, as in this case, contribute to the strength. I sell many guitars with Reverb with all positive 5-star reviews and I have never happened anything like this.Absurd!
