Sumptuous Napoleon III bronze gilt inkstand – Louis XV Rocaille Style – France, circa 1870.
Exceptional quality: Parisian-made piece in perfect condition of conservation. The original gilding is brilliant, alternating shiny and matte with great finesse.
Refined decor: Rich

It is also nicely decorated.

Of French origin and dating from the second half of the 19th century.

Antieke vergulde Empirestijl - Inkwell - Bronze

​An authentic Austrian Cold-Painted Bronze inkwell from the Belle Époque era, produced by the Franz Xaver Bergman foundry in Vienna. 

The piece features a beautifully hand-painted bird, likely a quail or partridge, resting on a fringed Oriental carpet.
