They were manufactured in the 1960s.

Extremely special industrial wall-mounted coat rack. The coat rack dates from the 1950s or early 1960s and is made by Lips, a company that became well known for Lips locks. The coat rack is 87 cm wide, 18.5 cm high and 26 cm deep. It weighs about 2.5 kg.
