Original edition of this journey on the Nile during which the author successively visited the kingdom of Sennar, Khartoum, Upper Nubia, the land of Robatât, Atmour-Belâ-Ma, Lower Nubia, the island of Philae, Aswan, Thebes, Siut and the caves of Beni-Hassan. Externally in fine binding with very little sign of wear, inside light scattered foxing and stains but text readable, last ten pages with ancient water sign-see photos. a couple of pages with a tiny piece missing.
