Jared Jones, born 1968 Swansea, Wales now lives and works in Andalucia, Spain. Self taught as a painter drawing on his experience of having achieved a bachelors degree in photography, Maidstone college of art and design and a Masters degree in computer animation at Bournemouth university. The late afternoon sun illuminates the scene in a golden glow as the lone rider stops for a moment for contemplation. He and his trusty steed have a long way to go, where will their path take them? The painting offers bold and loose brush strokes along with specific details to give depth and clarity. Painted in oils over stretched canvas so it cannot be rolled.
