Catalog from the “TADAO ANDO : ENDEAVORS” exhibition held at the The National Art Center, Tokyo in 2017. Spanning over 300 pages, it is Organized into six sessions including “Origins/Houses” “Light” and “Void Spaces” it features numerous actual architectural works, models, and drawings. Through extensive materials, it reveals the trajectory of Ando's architectural philosophy and challenges. Attached are his signature and hand-drawn sketches for the Church of the Light, a globally renowned religious building and one of Mr. Ando's representative works. The text is written in both Japanese and English. The book's interior is in excellent condition, showing almost no signs of open pages. To preserve this condition, the images on the inside pages are sourced from photographs taken by a third-party photographer. The PVC jacket has light scratches overall, but they are not clearly visible in my photos. Also the jacket has Some light little creasing in places. The corners of the main cover are rubbed and whitened. I have inspected and photographed the item as carefully as possible, but please understand that some minor details may have been overlooked.
