Stunning Mid Century Modern vase by Cari Zalloni for Steuler Keramik, West-Germany. This design classic is manufactured in Op Art manner with a circular 'ripple' relief pattern on a rectangular body and a deep midnight blue glaze on a galaxy black background. The base is impressed with a makers logo and model number 215/25. It's a stylish vase and would make a great addition to a collection of (west german) pottery or an eclectic eyecatching piece in any interior. Condition is good. It has a bit of wear to one of the bottom corners (as photographed) and circa two flee bites; one to the rim of the ripple motif and one on the edge of the side (as also seen in the pictures).
