Indian 1913 Big Twin 1000cc I have owned and ridden many modern, large-capacity motorcycles over the years, and I have admired their impressive power and aerodynamic styling. Recently, I’ve become more appreciative og the beauty and elegance of bikes from a bygone era. This painting depicts the Big Twin manufactured in 1913 by Indian Motocycles in Springfield, Massachusetts. The painting size is 122 cm x 61 cm x 3cm , Original oil on wood panel. The painting is in Excellent condition and direct from the artist’s studio in Cornwall, Signed with initials on the front and a Certificate of Authenticity will accompany the artwork. The artworks are packed with the utmost care and shipped registered with a tracking code within 3 working days after payment. About the artist Alan Weston is a self-taught fine artist and also a graduate of Falmouth School of Art & Design where he studied Graphic Design. He is currently living and working in the historic town of Lostwithiel in Cornwall, UK. Alan has worked for major UK, US and European book publishers, illustrating education books. He has worked on private and commercial mural projects in the US, Australia and Asia and his paintings are in private collections worldwide. Alan has written an article for an art magazine and was 2015 International Artist at the Great Gulfcoast Art Festival, Pensacola, USA.
