Dear Bidders, Thank you for your interest in my offer. You are bidding here on a ceiling lamps, which is in a good vintage condition for its age. Elegant mid-century design featuring a polished brass base combined with thick, textured clear glass elements arranged in a sculptural composition. The lamp creates a beautiful, warm light effect and reflects the high-quality craftsmanship typical of Doria lighting. A striking and collectible example of German vintage design, ideal for interiors with character. SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS: Doria-Werk Walter Donner GmbH & Co. KG, Fürth was a company that manufactured lamps for private use. In addition to glass production and finishing, table lamps, wall and mirror lights and pendant lights were produced. The company was founded in 1945 in Sonnefeld near Coburg. SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: * Designed by Doria in 70's in Germany * Material : glass, aluminium in gold ( fits perfectly to Hollywood Regency Glamour style ) * Measurements: approx. 40 cm diameter * With patina and signs of age and usage belonging to the age * Whithout golden mirror light bulbs * For safety reasons during the transport, the glass elements will be removed from the lamp and packed separately * Please watch carefully all the pictures, they are also a part of description ( each one can be enlarged ) * I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, patina, chips, dents etc. - Any major damage -s is / are ALWAYS shown in the photos - * Please remember about Catawiki’s rules and make a payment maximally within 3 days after auction end The set will be properly prepared for the shipping ( mainly recycled materials ) and sent insured ( up to 500€ ). IMPORTANT: If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat. According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation. In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment.
