Sika Mobler - Henning Wind - Hansen - Revistero - Teca

Dear Bidders, Thank you for your interest in my offer. You are bidding here on an elegant Danish magazine rack designed by Henning Wind-Hansen and manufactured by Sika Møbler in the 1960s. This piece is a refined example of Scandinavian Modern design, combining a teak frame with a suspended linen sling. The construction is both elegant and functional, showcasing the era’s focus on craftsmanship, natural materials, and understated form. The warm teak tones contrast beautifully with the soft textile, creating a light and sophisticated visual expression. Henning Wind-Hansen is known for his minimalist yet highly functional designs, often characterized by clean lines and intelligent use of materials. His work embodies the essence of mid-century Danish design—where aesthetics and usability meet in perfect balance. A rare and highly decorative object, ideal not only as a practical magazine holder but also as a statement piece in any modern, vintage, or Scandinavian-inspired interior. SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: * Made in Denmark * Designed by Henning Wind - Hansen ( sometimes it´s attr. to Kai Kristiansen or Aksel Kjesgaarg ) * Material: teak wood, linen * Mid-century danish/ Scandinavian style * Measurements: approx. 46x38x25 cm * Whithout decoration * I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, dents, patina, chips etc. ~ Any major damage -s is / are ALWAYS shown in the photos! ~ * Please remember about Catawiki’s rules and make a payment maximally within 3 days after auction end The item will be properly prepared for shipping and sent insured ( up to 500€ ).
