Large Viking Iron Spearhead 9th–11th century A.D. Authentic Viking iron spearhead dating to approximately the 9th–11th century AD. This example features a broad leaf-shaped blade with a long tapering point and an elongated tang for mounting into a wooden shaft. The proportions and forged construction are characteristic of Scandinavian and Northern European spear forms used during the Viking Age. Despite corrosion and wear, the weapon remains structurally intact and highly displayable.
