VITYRA - Alexis - No Reserve

Alexis
Oil and acrylic on canvas
100 cm x 140 cm (39 inches x 55 inches)

Alexis is a striking portrait that combines sensual provocation with a distinctive, almost sculptural visual identity. Alexis meets the viewer with a calm, direct gaze, while the extended tongue introduces a bold erotic charge. Vitiligo across the face, neck and torso create an unusual pattern that immediately sets him apart, giving the portrait a strong sense of individuality and presence.

Set against a muted green background, the dark body is rendered through broad, simplified tonal planes, while the vivid green eyes and red tongue create sharp points of contrast. The textured hair and clean contours add rhythm to the composition, balancing softness with a graphic, contemporary clarity.

What makes Alexis compelling is the tension between openness and control. The bare torso and provocative gesture suggest intimacy, yet the expression remains composed and emotionally guarded. Alexis appears fully aware of the attention he commands, turning the act of display into something self-assured rather than vulnerable.

The result is a portrait that feels sensual, confident and visually distinctive, heated in atmosphere, yet still restrained, elegant and sophisticated.
