T. Pimenta (1991) - "Second Feature" – (Unique Edition) 1/1 - 54x70cm

T. Pimenta (1991), Portuguese artist, presents "Second Feature" - Fine Art Giclée on Premium Cotton Canvas, an original digital painting developed with the support of advanced digital tools and produced as a premium Fine Art Giclée on premium 100% cotton canvas, as a unique 1/1 artwork. Hand-signed on the reverse and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) in physical or digital format. "Second Feature" - Fine Art Giclée on Premium Cotton Canvas "Second Feature" takes place at an open-air cinema at the end of a summer day, where rows of parked cars fill the gravel field beneath a deep indigo sky and the last orange light lingers over the hills. A giant screen glows at the edge of the lot, and on it a couple in black and white leans into a kiss. A woman sits on the bonnet of a cream convertible, one leg crossed over the other, her bare feet hanging in the warm air. Her dark waves of hair move in the evening breeze, her off-the-shoulder dress is printed with small blue flowers, and an orange silk scarf is tied loosely at her neck. Her face is turned in profile toward the screen, lips slightly parted, as if she were hearing something the film has not yet said. Beside her, a striped box of popcorn and a paper cup with a straw rest on the polished metal, and a coat lies abandoned on the seat behind. To the left, the lit windows of the snack bar glow in orange, with a small crowd moving inside. The scene feels like a night that belongs to no particular year, a private pause in a crowded place, where the story on the screen and the one in her mind seem to run side by side. The artwork explores themes such as nostalgia, longing, the suspended time of dusk, the intimacy of watching alone among others and the dialogue between cinema and memory. Artwork Details: Technique: High-quality Fine Art Giclée on premium 100% cotton canvas, 370 g/m², produced using museum-grade inks for enhanced definition, tonal depth and visual permanence. Artwork delivered unframed, rolled in a protective tube. Image Size: 64 × 48 cm. Total Canvas Size: 70 × 54 cm (including 3 cm stretching margins on all sides). Margins: Additional 3 cm canvas margins included to facilitate stretching and framing. Edition: Unique piece, 1/1. Hand-signed by the artist. (The mock-up images included in this listing are AI-generated visualisations created to help the viewer visualise the artwork in different environments, on different walls and with different frame options. The artwork will be shipped rolled in a protective tube without frame.) T. Pimenta is a Portuguese artist whose commitment to creating visually striking artworks seeks to develop pieces capable of establishing visual presence and emotional connection with viewers and collectors. The creative process begins with an initial conceptual construction, where the central narrative and emotional direction of the composition are defined. Subsequently, the artistic vision is developed through Adobe tools, digital construction processes and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), adding depth, texture, light and structural refinement. His approach combines traditional artistic sensibilities with contemporary digital techniques, allowing the exploration of different visual languages and the continuous expansion of creative possibilities. Each artwork additionally receives a manual finishing intervention through an individual hand-applied artistic varnishing process, designed to reinforce luminosity, visual depth and material presence. Authentication: Signature: Hand-signed by the artist, T. Pimenta, on the reverse. Certificate of Authenticity: Accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA), confirming the authenticity and originality of the artwork. The certificate may be provided to the auction winner in physical or digital format, upon request. Exclusivity: Unique work, 1/1. This is the only print of this artwork that will be produced. Worldwide shipping available. Each artwork is carefully packed in a rigid protective tube with tracking and secure shipping conditions. Special attention is given to packaging to ensure every piece arrives safely and in optimal condition for collectors.
