The standing female figure symbolizes a fisherman’s daughter awaiting her father’s return from the sea—an image that represents both the passage of time and the bond between human life and nature. The sculpture is composed of broken glass fragments arranged to evoke sea waves and the fragility of existence. A restrained color palette of blue, white, and brown suggests water, sand, and the human form within a natural environment. The matte black wooden base provides a strong visual contrast and reinforces the sculpture’s modern, minimalist presentation. The work is intended to be viewed from all sides, offering a changing visual experience depending on the angle.
