ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Spider-Man captures the suspended moment between fall and control — the instant where instinct becomes survival. The figure hangs upside down, body stretched by gravity, caught mid-air in a dynamic tension that defines the essence of the character.
Created by Marvel Comics, Spider-Man is not a god, not a mythological hero, but a human figure marked by responsibility. His power is inseparable from vulnerability. This artwork focuses precisely on that contradiction: strength born from fragility.
The composition emphasizes verticality and imbalance. The inverted body disrupts the viewer’s perception, forcing the eye to follow the tension lines of the stencil — muscles compressed, limbs extended, web dissolving into motion. The absence of a visible ground reinforces the sensation of risk and urgency.
The textured red background evokes pressure, danger, and intensity. It is not a cityscape, but a psychological space — a battlefield of choices. The sharp contrasts created by the multi-layer stencil freeze Spider-Man in a decisive instant: not the victory, not the fall, but the moment where everything can still shift.
This artwork is not about heroism as spectacle. It is about resilience, responsibility, and the fragile balance between chaos and control.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a French stencil artist whose work bridges street art and contemporary fine art. My practice is built on contrast: instinctive, textured backgrounds combined with precise, hand-cut multi-layer stencils.
I have exhibited alongside major figures of the urban art scene such as L’Atlas, C215, Carole B, Wawapod, and Jo Di Bona at the SPERA ART FAIR.
My work has been collected across Europe, with more than 300 artworks sold internationally.
Alongside studio work, I regularly create live painting performances for major brands and institutions, including Disneyland Paris.
Each artwork is a unique original. While my stencils may be reused, every background is created spontaneously, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical. My work explores iconic figures through tension, movement, and emotional impact.
