After a long experience in scenography, architecture, and interior design, the artist Cristina Talea returns to abstract painting and manual work as a form of authentic expression in a visual context dominated by digital imagery and artificially generated technologies. Her artistic practice is a conscious return to gesture, materiality, and real emotion. Her professional experience in interior arrangements directly influences how abstract compositions are constructed, with bold colors and the balance of the works being thought out in relation to space, light, and architecture, aiming to enhance and harmonize the environment.
