Jenny Ivanova - Sensation (oil on canvas)
My latest creative pursuits are related to the portrait and its role in the 21st century. Striving to expand its boundaries and mine and establish a genuine connection with the viewer, I created a series of personas freed from any external influence who can fully explore their own identity. The idealized world that surrounds them unfolds as if on a theatrical stage. An almost voyeuristic view of a dream or a perfect moment in which you are the most important.
Education
2016 specialty: Set design, National Academy of Arts Sofia, Bulgaria /MA/;
2014 specialty: Mural Painting, National Academy of Arts Sofia, Bulgaria; /BA/;
2009 specialty: Icon Painting, National High School for Arts ”D.Dobrovich” Sliven, Bulgaria.
From 2018 Member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists (SBH).

2016 – Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris, France.
