Handmade - Lustre - Fer forgé - 3+1 lumières
Authentic vintage chandelier, hand-forged by my grandfather, a blacksmith renowned for creating intricate, marine-inspired lighting and decorative pieces. Working in Piran, Slovenia (then Yugoslavia) from the 1950s to the 1990s, he used only traditional blacksmithing tools—no modern welding—joining elements through classic forging techniques (hot punching, riveting, collaring, twisting, scrolling, chiseling, upsetting, forge welding etc).
This 3-arm chandelier features twisted wrought-iron arms, stylized leaf motifs, and amber-tinted glass shades. It operates on 220–240 V and is in full working order. Condition is good, with minor signs of age such as chipped paint. The piece bears my grandfather’s original maker’s stamps.
