As previously explained, very fine marks can occur during the finishing process of stainless steel cases. Depending on lighting conditions, these may sometimes be visible.

After our last message, we did not receive any further response or request for a solution from your side. For that reason, it is unfortunate to see a negative review posted a month later, after the purchase has already been completed.

We always aim to resolve any concerns properly and fairly. Had you contacted us again within a reasonable timeframe, we would have been happy to assist further. At this point, it seems this is more a matter of personal perception rather than an unresolved issue.
