The project begins with an original Bloomsbury slipcase, which was subsequently transformed through a complete rebinding process carried out entirely by hand in Italy by LaCasaDiBo, a workshop specialized in bespoke and artistic bindings. Each of the seven volumes has been fully bound in genuine calfskin leather, carefully selected for its durability, softness, and ability to develop a refined patina over time.
The covers feature cold-pressed impressions, executed according to an original design created specifically for this set. The decorations are enriched with thematic motifs.
Every volume carries its own decorative identity: the designs on each book are thematically inspired by the corresponding part of the saga, creating a visual narrative that
evolves across the series.
A particularly striking feature is the decoration of the spines: when the seven books are placed together, they form a continuous panoramic image of Hogwarts Castle,
meticulously crafted by hand. This transforms the set into a single, cohesive visual composition, making it not only a literary collection but also a formidable decorative
