The Fortis Flipper is pure late 60s attitude – a red dial stuffed into a chunky plastic case that doesn’t pretend to be anything but fun. It’s lightweight, loud, and retro, but still packing a punch as these were rated to 600 feet. Apparently, it was made for the 1968 Olympics. Inside is a simple manual wind movement. Nothing complicated or delicate, just a playful vintage beater with a ton of charm, the kind of oddball that’s worth collecting. It also seems to come with the original leather strap, or at least a very good modern version. Condition: Good condition for its age. The case and bezel have some wear, but nothing major. The acrylic crystal looks very good. Please see the pictures for full condition and clarity. Case Size: 37 x 42.8mm plastic case with a thickness of 12.9mm and a lug width of 18mm. Movement: Swiss 17-jewel manual wind movement. Service history is unknown, but everything is working as it should.
