Refined handcrafted drop earrings produced in Italy by Perna Laboratorio Orafo, an artisanal goldsmith workshop based in Torre del Greco, internationally recognised for its long-standing tradition in fine Italian jewellery and the use of carefully selected natural ornamental stones.
The earrings are set with natural lapis lazuli of Afghan origin, chosen for their intense, deep blue colour and the presence of natural golden pyrite inclusions, a distinctive feature that confirms the stone’s authenticity and geological origin. Each element has been selected and matched to ensure chromatic harmony and visual balance between the pair.
Each earring is composed of:
a round lapis lazuli element at the top (approx. 10 mm in diameter),
a drop-shaped lapis lazuli pendant (approx. 25 × 8 mm),
creating an elegant vertical composition that enhances light, movement and proportion when worn. The design is intentionally clean and timeless, allowing the natural beauty of the lapis lazuli to remain the visual focus.
The lapis elements are connected by refined gold components, carefully proportioned to support the stones without overpowering them, resulting in a jewel that combines presence, elegance and everyday wearability.
