An important handcrafted bracelet of high artisanal quality, created in Italy in the late 1990s – early 2000s by Perna Laboratorio Orafo, an Italian goldsmith atelier recognised for its commitment to traditional handcraftsmanship and material integrity.
The bracelet is composed of three carefully graduated strands of natural freshwater pearls, individually selected for uniformity of tone, natural lustre and surface quality.
The pearls measure approximately 5.5 mm in diameter, a proportion chosen to ensure both elegance and visual presence, while maintaining refined balance on the wrist.
At the centre is an important oval cameo carved from natural sardonyx shell, measuring approximately 31 × 23 mm.
The cameo is entirely hand-carved, displaying a classical floral composition executed with clear relief, precise depth and controlled use of the shell’s natural layers. The carving reflects a high level of manual skill, firmly rooted in the Italian cameo tradition.
The structural elements and mountings are crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, with hallmarks clearly visible in the photographs.
The silver has been professionally tested, confirming authenticity and declared fineness.
The bracelet offers a measured yet authoritative aesthetic, combining visual richness with excellent wearability.
Its adjustable closure allows precise fitting while preserving the original proportions of the design.
