He collaborated with "Das Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsmuseum" under the directorship of Gerd Arntz. His one-man show "Augustin Tschinkel. Grafiek, Illustraties, Typografie“ was shown at Haags Gemeentemuseum, Den Haag. Tschinkel is an author of numerous books and articles about art and design.
