Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control between 26º/28ºC. Maceration for 21 days, with several pumping overs daily. Aging Minimum 18 months in American and French barrels. 50% new French oak barrels, 30% one-year-old French barrels, 20% one-year-old American barrels. At least 24 months in bottle. Serving temperature 17-18º COLOUR Dark cherry red colour, with garnet glints. NOSE Intense, black fruit, liquorice, light toasted notes, vanilla, spices, mineral and balsamic tones. MOUTH Good acidity, with great balance of fruit and wood and a persistent and harmonious finish.
