These traditional puppets are handcrafted from buffalo or goat hide, each individually cut and painted by hand.
Both figures feature movable arms and display beautiful, time-faded colours.
They are in good condition for their age; please refer to the photos for details of condition and surface wear.

Provenance:
Purchased from a private collector who acquired them years ago from the collection of the now-closed Museum Nusantara in Delft, the Netherlands.
