The ensemble represents LEGO’s early 1990s beach and marina concept, characterized by pastel architectural elements, palm trees, nautical accessories, and printed sails.

All sets are assembled and presented with instruction booklets as shown. General condition is good for age, with visible light wear consistent with play and storage. Instruction manuals show creases and edge wear. Based on visual inspection, some parts appear to have been replaced. No original boxes included.
