Questa serie G-SHOCK "Mudmaster", modello pensato per utilizzo estremo su terreno, in ambienti con cumuli e detriti sparsi, utilizza il carbonio come materiale.
La cassa impiega carbonio ad alta rigidità per ridurre danni e deformazioni, garantendo elevata tenuta allacqua e resistenza agli urti.
Inoltre è dotata di un filtro per prevenire lingresso di fango, di un fondello in acciaio inossidabile e di un fondello in resina rinforzata ai carboni e resistente agli urti, offrendo elevata resistenza a polvere e fango.
La lunetta adotta anche una struttura a tre strati con un foglio di carbonio inserito in resina fine, creando un design che richiama un barile di benzina montato su un veicolo fuoristrada.
In termini di funzionalità, può misurare direzione, altitudine/pressione barometrica, temperatura e passi.
Presenta inoltre diverse funzioni utili, tra cui la correzione oraria facilitata tramite unapp dedicata, e una "funzione Mission Log" che registra automaticamente laltitudine acquisita dallorologio e il percorso acquisito da uno smartphone nellapp.
